We specialise in the Sale, Service, Installation and Repair of G-U, BKS & Ferco Products.

We offer our services to install any of the products that we sell, though we tend to only deal with the more specialist products.  Multi-point locks and mortice locks for example, can be installed by any trained locksmith and so we would recommend using them for the simpler jobs.  We come into play with the more complicated G-U products.  Sliding Doors are our speciality, Parallel Slide & Tilt, Lift & Slide etc.  Due to the high spec of these products and the precision needed to set them correctly we would not recommend anybody to fit them that does not have experience with G-U products. If you currently have any G-U, BKS or Ferco products that you need installing or are looking to purchase any parts from our website, then do not hesitate to contact us and we will be more than happy to discuss your installation requirements.

A lot of the time we can come up with a repair solution, rather than having to replace an entire system.  For example, if a wheel has a flat spot on your Parallel slide & tilt doors, we can often just change out the runners and not the corresponding gearing.  If you currently have any G-U, BKS or Ferco products that are broken or you are looking to replace any of your broken parts with parts from our website, then do not hesitate to contact us and we will be more than happy to discuss your requirements.

Maintenance contracts are a fantastic way to save money in the long term. We offer many service contracts to companies, that ensure their G-U products will run smoothly for decades to come.  We usually recommend servicing large doors, such as the Parallel Slide & Tilt or Lift Slide type, every couple of years. It gives us a chance to check, first of all, that the doors are being operated correctly. Often bad habits are created, especially in public work places, that cause strain on the doors and over time can render them inoperable. With a service contract, we notice these signs of wear and tear before its too late and can offer solutions to the problems; be that, a new part and a lesson on door etiquette or a complete re-gearing of the system. No matter the problem, we will always find the most secure yet cost effective method to maintain your products. If you are currently experiencing any problems with your G-U, BKS or Ferco products or are looking to prevent any problems from occurring in the future, then do not hesitate to contact us and we will be more than happy to discuss your requirements.

Below is an example of a maintenance contract we hold in the Caribbean Islands, without our expertise the company would have been forced to shell out £150,000 plus to replace all of there doors.

St. Kitts & Nevis - Paradise Beach - G-U Parallel Slide & Tilt Doors

This 5 star luxury resort, located in the heart of the caribbean islands, has 8 beautiful villas within its walls. Each of these villas is home to at least 5 G-U Parallel Slide & Tilt Doors.  These doors were originally manufactured in Spain, approximately 20 years ago. They were manufactured with Rehau Tropical Blend Profile, which was originally blended to withstand extreme temperatures, but over the years mother nature has taken its toll.

The doors, that have been subject to consistent sunlight of over 35 degrees, have expanded so many times that they have warped. Due to the sheer cost of replacing the doors we have offered a service contract to maintain the doors, so that their customers can continue to enjoy their luxury villas, without a huge upfront cost.

We achieve this through a process of stripping down each door to its original state, replacing all gearing and rebuilding it in a more suitable position. The timing of all of the gearing has to be carefully marked out, so that as it is rebuilt it will resume its original form. The runners, stay arms and keeps are also replaced and adjusted to suit the warped frames.

We repeat this process every couple of years which may seem un-cost effective, but compared to the £150,000 plus that it would cost to replace the doors, it is the obvious choice. Below are a few photos and a video of the work we completed whilst at the resort. Bearing in mind that 50% of the doors were completely inoperable before we arrived, the owners were elated that all 40 doors had been restored to their original working state, by the time we departed.
